It has been a while since I last posted. I figure no better time than a new year to get started again.
We kicked off '08 right. I put together a quick vid of some of the festivities at our place during New Years. Derek was hilarious. Note the similarity of Hammer's guitar technique and that of a trophy fisherman.
Guitar Hero was a huge hit. The general consensus was that it was the BEST New Years bash ever! Everyone did a great job with their different parts.
Christmas Day was great, though Aunica fell and cut her hand on some ice (10 stitches in her pinky.)
I managed to be a colossal jerk and made sure any Christmas cheer that was to be found was chased from the premises. Fond memories for everyone sure. My apologies to all involved.
Aunica has been busy working on her science project which involves three different species of flowers. In the course of this work she has taken some really cool pictures and seems to be taking an interest in photography.
We managed to get in some snowboarding over the holidays. It has been a great snow year. Hopefully we can get in at least a couple outings a month through the end of the season.

Madds is doing great in Preschool and has become quite the entertainer.
Livs continues to be our performer in song and dance. Her new CD player runs at full volume almost 24x7. She has also been dabbling in the culinary arts.
Jamie and I are just enjoying spending more time together. Its been nice to get to know each other again.
Things have been busy but good this year so far. Remains to be seen how good a 'blogging' year it will be.

Great post. Our new years celebration can't even be called a celebration at all relative to your festivities. I think it's all in who you invite... we'll start working on our 2009 list now!

I thought I was dreaming when I saw you had a new post! I see the Mac is doing you well with video editing. You really need to get over Christmas anyone would have acted the same under the circumstances!
Hope that the next post isn't 5 months away!
